Auora is a non-custodial smart contract that anyone with a Polygon wallet can technically interact with. The Auora Interface (the website and application) may not be available in all jurisdictions.
Restricted jurisdictions
Use of the Interface is not permitted from jurisdictions where prediction markets, on-chain financial products, or similar services are restricted by law. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use complies with the laws applicable to you.
The current list of restricted jurisdictions is maintained on the Interface and may change as regulations evolve.
VPN and circumvention
Attempting to bypass jurisdictional restrictions through a VPN or other means is a violation of these terms and is your sole responsibility.
Why we restrict at the interface level
The smart contracts themselves are public infrastructure on a permissionless chain. The Interface is operated by Auora and is subject to operational compliance considerations. Restricting Interface access in certain jurisdictions allows the underlying contracts to remain neutral while ensuring the operating entity remains compliant.
