# Quickstart

> Place your first prediction in under two minutes.

  <Step title="Get a wallet">
    Install any standard EVM wallet (MetaMask, Rabby, Coinbase Wallet, Rainbow). Auora supports every major wallet via WalletConnect and RainbowKit.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Bridge to Polygon">
    Auora lives on **Polygon**. Bridge a small amount of MATIC for gas and USDC (or your stake token of choice) using any reputable bridge.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Connect">
    Visit [auora.gg](https://www.auora.gg) and click **Connect Wallet**. We will ask you to **sign** a one-time message (Sign-In With Ethereum) to prove you control the wallet. **We will never ask you to sign a transaction during login** — only a free message.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Pick a market">
    Browse open rounds across crypto, FX, metals, and live tournaments. Each card shows the asset, strike price, time remaining in the window, and current pot size on each side.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Predict">
    Choose **ABOVE** or **BELOW**, set your stake, and confirm. Your prediction is committed as an opaque hash until the round window closes — nobody, including us, can see which side you picked.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Win and withdraw">
    When the round settles, payouts are sent directly to your wallet. There is no withdrawal queue, no minimum, no withdrawal fee, no pending balance.
