# Forex Markets

> Major-pair FX prediction without a broker, a spread, or a margin account.

Auora's forex markets bring the world's largest asset class on-chain in the simplest possible form: pick a direction over a short window, and split the pot if you're right.

## Why on-chain FX

Retail FX has historically been one of the most predatory corners of finance — wide spreads, opaque execution, leverage traps, and brokers whose business model is being on the other side of your trade. Auora's forex markets have **none of those structures**:

* No broker. The pot is the pot.
* No spread. You enter at the strike every player sees.
* No leverage. You stake what you stake.
* No margin call. Your downside is your stake, period.
* No KYC paywall to predict on EUR/USD.

## Settlement

Forex markets settle against signed Pyth Network FX feeds, sourced from the same liquidity providers professional desks use. Confidence-interval gating ensures settlement is automatically delayed during weekend gaps and major news windows when spreads blow out.
